Nashoba Valley Medical Center Acquires New Olympus EVIS EXERA III Endoscopy System to Help with Earlier Detection of Digestive Diseases

Nashoba Valley Medical Center is among the first hospitals in the region to acquire the Olympus EVIS EXERA III video endoscopy system at its facility in Ayer, Massachusetts. This new endoscopy system uses a video processor, light source, endoscope and monitor, enabling physicians to peer inside the body to diagnose, detect and treat gastrointestinal (GI) diseases and other conditions.

Health Express with Norwood Hospital Now Accepting Walk-in Patients

Norwood Hospital, a part of the Steward Health Care System (Steward), and Health Express, a growing urgent care provider in Massachusetts, announced the opening of Health Express with Norwood Hospital at 1345 Boston Providence Highway (Rt. 1 South) in Norwood. Steward now has the largest integrated network of urgent care providers in Massachusetts with 24 affiliated urgent care locations to be opened within the next year.

Odessa Regional Medical Center Reunites Staff, Former Patients

ODESSA- Odessa Regional Medical Center hosted their annual birthday party on Saturday. The event celebrates the lives of babies who were once in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and are now at home and healthy. Families were able to thank all of the members of the staff who helped their children and staff members were able to see the progress of all of their former patients.
