Medicare 101- Things to Consider as Open Enrollment Approaches will be the topic of discussion at Nevins Library in Methuen on September 28, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Gerald Lodge, an expert in the health insurance industry, will guide attendees through changes in Medicare and things to consider as the open enrollment period approaches.

Mr. Lodge has worked in the health insurance industry for 27 years; 10 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield and 17 as a field sales representative with Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred.

Holy Family Hospital to Host Senior Supper on Foot and Ankle Problems

The Aging Foot and Ankle will be the topic of discussion during Senior Supper at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen on September 16, 2015.

During the supper, Podiatric Surgeon Bobby Kuruvilla, DPM will talk about the many problems seniors can develop in their feet and ankles, and answer questions from the audience.

Dr. Kuruvilla,  a board certified podiatric surgeon and fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, is on staff at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen and Haverhill.
