I had a dirt bike accident and destroyed my knee - torn ACL and MCL, torn cartilage, and I almost severed my femoral artery. I met Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Gregory Johnson in the emergency department at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill. He ordered tests and set up an appointment to go over results and schedule surgery. People kept telling me to go to Boston for my knee surgery, but I liked Dr. Johnson and decided to have him do it. My surgery was done on the Haverhill campus, as was my physical therapy. It was a good experience and my recovery was fast.
