"Not just doing their job"

The level of care I received beats all standards that anyone can set. The team on the St. James unit is remarkable and such a great group of people that show professionalism and treated me as if I was the only person that mattered. They were patient, kind, funny, and displayed the characteristics which great relationships are built on. … Your staff wasn't just doing their job. They are all fantastic and care genuinely about each person they care for.
