The Medical Center of Southeast Texas is excited to award its first ever DAISY award to not one, but two recipients in a rare double nomination.

The Medical Center of Southeast Texas awards its first ever Sunshine Award to Felicia Johnson-Brown, an OR Patient Care Tech at the Beaumont campus.

The Medical Center of Southeast Texas kicked off two prestigious awards this month to recognize the efforts of both nursing and hospital support staff.

Saint Anne’s Hospital, a Steward family hospital, has been awarded an ‘A’ for achieving the highest national standards in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group’s Spring 2021 Hospital Safety Grades. The designation recognizes Saint Anne’s efforts in protecting patients from harm and providing safer health care.

Saint Anne’s Hospital is one of only 27 hospitals in the United States to be awarded an “A” grade for every grading cycle since 2012. 

As we celebrate the beginning of a New Year, it’s a perfect time to share some of Morton Hospital’s key achievements from 2019, as well as important investments we are making to expand and improve community health and wellness services in the year to come.

One of Two Massachusetts Hospitals Named America’s Best Hospitals for the Second Consecutive Year

BRIGHTON, MA - St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as among the best in the nation in treating Heart Failure and performing Heart Bypass in its annual U.S. News’ 2018-2019 High Performing Hospital listing. The High Performing ranking for Heart Failure and Heart Bypass represents the highest rating possible which is also significantly better than the national average.

Morton Hospital recently celebrated National Hospital Week by hosting its third annual Compassionate Caregiver Awards reception, designed to recognize staff members who have made a positive and lasting impact on the life of a patient.
