Rockledge, Florida (September 6, 2023) –Rockledge Regional Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital, is pleased to announce that José Mejia, MD., a board-certified general surgeon, who is fluent in English and Spanish with almost a quarter of a century of experience, has joined Steward Surgical Associates. Dr. Mejia is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who provides expertise in general surgery, including areas such as hernia, gall bladder, and laparoscopic surgery.
