Registration is open for Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s (NVMC) 5th annual Hunger Run 5K road race on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016. All proceeds from the event will benefit Loaves & Fishes, a non-profit organization that provides food and temporary support services to residents of Ayer, Devens, Groton, Harvard, Littleton, and Shirley.

Ayer Receives $486,000 in 2015 Tax Revenue From Nashoba Valley Medical Center

Nashoba Valley Medical Center, part of the Steward Health Care system (Steward), announced today that it paid $478,424 in taxes to Ayer for 2015, and an additional $7,758 to neighboring towns, making it one of the largest private taxpayers in the community.
