BROCKTON - In commemoration of National EMS Week, Steward Health Care Massachusetts hosted an award ceremony to recognize some of Massachusetts’s brave first responders. The awards honored the important contributions of EMS professionals in safeguarding our community’s health, safety, and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AYER, MA – Nashoba Valley Medical Center earned an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring 2022. This national distinction recognizes Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s achievements in protecting patients from preventable harm and error in the hospital. Nashoba Valley Medical Center also earned an “A” in fall 2021. The most recent achievement is the second consecutive “A” Nashoba Valley Medical Center has earned from Leapfrog.

Wadley Regional Medical Center Receives Re-Accreditation for ACC Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI

Texarkana, Texas — The American College of Cardiology has recognized Wadley Regional Medical Center (Wadley) for its continued demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients with chest pain. Wadley was re-awarded Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primary PCI in March of 2022 based on rigorous evaluation of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who may be experiencing a heart attack.

TEXARKANA, TX, May 10, 2022 – Wadley Regional Medical Center has received the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain  ̶  MI Registry Silver Performance Achievement Award for 2022. Wadley is one of only 85 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor.
