The multidisciplinary team creates treatment plans tailored to meet patients’ individual needs, delivering compassion and care from diagnosis through treatment and into recovery. Behavioral Health & Geriatric Psychiatry at Nashoba Valley
When this occurs, the Garvin Center for Geriatric Psychiatry at Nashoba Valley Medical Center offers comprehensive, personalized medical and psychiatric care in a safe, comforting and structured in-patient setting.
Visitor Policy
Visiting Hours:
Methuen and Haverhill Campuses:
- Monday through Friday: 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm
Visitor restrictions will be determined by infection control in conjunction with hospital leadership and will follow state or local guidance if stricter regulations are required.
Spiritual Care
Spiritual care for all faith traditions.
Spiritual care is available to all patients at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen regardless of their religious tradition. Hospital Chaplains and Chaplain Interns visit patients regularly. While our Chaplains are trained to meet the needs of varying faiths, you may request that we contact your faith community. Our goal is to serve the spiritual needs of all patients and their families.

Audiology
Through the services of our board certified audiologist, our program offers:
- Hearing evaluations
- Hearing aid consultations and fittings
- Hearing aid repair and adjustment
- Comprehensive pediatric hearing aid care including fittings, checks and follow-ups
Our audiologist will work with you to determine the most appropriate device to assist you based on your hearing loss, your work and home activities, physical limitations, medical condition, and cosmetic preferences.

Medical Records
We are committed to keeping your Protected Health Information (PHI) private, and we are required by law to respect your confidentiality. If you would like a copy of your medical records, please click here to electronically request them or you can submit by fax. Our offices are opened from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday if you have any questions.
