Overview
Welcome to the Pharmacy Residency Program at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. We’re glad you’ve found us! Our goal is to provide our residents a wide range of learning opportunities, building critical thinking and enabling them to become the next generation of pharmacy leaders.
St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center is located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. We are a 308-bed community medical center within an academic teaching environment. With robust post-graduate programs including internal medicine, surgery, anesthesia and psychiatry you will find an environment of continued learning and collaboration. Our team-based approach to patient care can be seen throughout the organization as residents participate in multidisciplinary committees and direct patient care. As part of the Steward Health Care Network, residents have the ability to impact patients throughout the system by participating on national committees and initiatives.
Our mission is to provide a professional environment to foster passionate, well-rounded clinical pharmacy experts who serve as a vital component of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, dedicated to leadership, teaching and cutting-edge pharmacotherapy. Click on our PGY1 and PGY2 links below to learn more about our program specific requirements and opportunities.
At St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, you will find a dedicated group of preceptors, colleagues and fellow residents, all committed to providing the best patient care and a challenging learning environment.
