Our Treatment Plan

The SL2 Program offers each individual a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, which includes:

  • Artery revascularization in the limb via ultrasound-guided catheters
  • Effective wound care and treatment, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • Weekly follow-up appointments and progress reports to the referring physician
  • Assistance with insurance pre-authorization
  • Patient health education
