Our Treatment Plan
The SL2 Program offers each individual a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, which includes:
- Artery revascularization in the limb via ultrasound-guided catheters
- Effective wound care and treatment, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Weekly follow-up appointments and progress reports to the referring physician
- Assistance with insurance pre-authorization
- Patient health education
