Our plan of care focuses on the goals of the family and the child. We work closely with families and care providers, including physicians, teachers, day care centers, and state and country agencies. We also work with Mahoning County and Trumbull County Early Intervention programs.
Please note: Our outpatient rehabilitation sites are approved providers under most insurance plans but may not be listed separately under physical, occupational or rehabilitation services in your provider directory. When requesting In-Network status, ask for Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.
