Network Of Coverage

Members of Steward Community Health Plans have access to Steward’s network of nearly 3,000 physicians, 10 hospital campuses, 24 affiliated urgent care providers, home care, hospice and other services that extend across eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and northern Rhode Island. The network includes physicians employed by Steward Medical Group, affiliated with Steward Health Care Network or pre-approved as in-network on a case-by-case basis.

Radiology, home care, hospice, dialysis and ambulatory surgical procedures must be provided by a participating Steward provider for you to receive the highest level of benefits. All other ancillary services will be available through the Tufts Health Plan or Fallon Community Health Plan ancillary network.
