- Outstanding Balance: If you were a patient of Steward Medical Group Utah and have an outstanding balance, please contact Steward Medical Group’s Patient Financial Services at 833-764-1600. Hours for billing assistance are Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST). You may also pay your SMG bill via the StewardCONNECT patient portal at: www.stewardconnect.org
- StewardCONNECT Patient Portal: If you are a former Steward Medical Group Utah patient and have question related to the StewardCONNECT patient portal, please call the portal support line at: 888-696-0108. The portal support line is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).
