A therapist helps a woman learn how to walk on her own. Steward® Home Care’s physical, occupational and speech-language therapists provide individualized programs for patients with neurological, medical, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Our team works closely with patients and their physicians to develop a rehabilitation care program that specializes in providing individualized therapy in the home and one that meets the patient’s unique needs.
